Why LFTD Is Different

Most gyms sell access.
We sell clarity, coaching, and results.
At LFTD, everything starts with tailored programming. Not templates. Not random workouts. Not sessions built to entertain you for 60 minutes so you feel like you “got your money’s worth". Real training meets you where you are — your experience, your schedule, your level, your goals — and progresses from there.
We offer everything from fully coached in-person sessions to fully remote programs. But we believe what works best for most people is a hybrid remote approach — a clean mix of both. It gives you structure, flexibility, and accountability. You train on your time, in your space, with a plan built around you.
And the results? They speak for themselves.
You get the autonomy of training alone or in small groups, with the confidence that the work you’re doing is intentional, not improvised. Monthly in-person session, weekly check-ins and ongoing communication keep you dialled in and moving forward.
Most people don’t need more workouts. They need direction.
We also take recovery seriously. You can’t train hard if you don’t recover. That’s why we offer infrared sauna sessions on-site at LFTD — the perfect balance to your strength, conditioning, and movement work.
And if you want to deepen your knowledge, our Movement Masterclasses are built to refine technique, unlock better patterns, and help you learn rather than simply copy.
The goal for every client? Autonomy. It might sound like a strange business decision, but it’s exactly what sets LFTD apart. We want you to understand your body and your training, own it, and carry that understanding with you for life.
Most clients describe training becoming something much bigger than a routine — it becomes part of who they are. For that to happen, training must be:
Sustainable
Progressive
Flexible
Personal
Effective
That’s the difference.
That’s LFTD.
