Greg is a seasoned health and fitness coach with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years, during which he has logged more than 15,000 hours in both one-on-one and group coaching sessions. He started his journey as a specialist sports coach in primary schools and with county-level football teams, Greg now specialises in online and in-person coaching, helping clients of all backgrounds achieve lasting fitness and health.

Beyond his professional life, Greg is a dedicated father to two young daughters, an avid snowboarder, and a cycling enthusiast who enjoys all forms of the sport. He also has a love for tennis, reflecting his diverse interests in maintaining an active lifestyle.
